• Platform preferences (Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads)

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect technical information when you use the Service, including browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve performance and user experience.

1.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive and store only your subscription status, plan type, and billing period.

• Provide the Service — scan social media platforms for relevant conversations, generate AI-powered response drafts, and facilitate distribution through our publisher marketplace

• Send transactional emails — account confirmations, scan digests, radar alerts, and billing notifications

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing

• Supabase — for database hosting and authentication

• Resend — for transactional email delivery

• Vercel — for application hosting

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scan results and opportunity alerts are automatically cleaned up after a configurable retention period. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
