These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PostedFor platform, including the website at postedfor.com, the application at app.postedfor.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). PostedFor is operated from Malokacka 2, Gdynia, Poland, EU.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PostedFor is an AI-powered community marketing platform that:

• Scans Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Threads for high-intent conversations relevant to your business

• Generates AI-powered response drafts based on your brand voice and context

• Connects you with a marketplace of real community publishers for content distribution

2. Accounts

2.1 Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@postedfor.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full Growth plan features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Unused trial days are not transferable or refundable.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Plans

The Service is offered under three subscription tiers: Starter ($49/month), Growth ($99/month), and Enterprise ($199/month). Plan features, scan frequency, and limits are described on our pricing page. Yearly billing is available at a discounted rate.

4.2 Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Credit Packs

Additional scan credits may be purchased as one-time credit packs. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or deceptive marketing

• Violate the terms of service of any platform we scan (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Threads)

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service beyond its intended use

• Share your account credentials or allow third parties to access your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate response drafts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is a suggestion — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all drafts before publication

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content

• You are solely responsible for any content published on third-party platforms using our Service

7. Publisher Marketplace

PostedFor connects brands with independent community publishers. Publishers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of PostedFor. We facilitate the connection but do not guarantee publication timing, placement, or engagement results.

8. Intellectual Property

The PostedFor platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your brand data, keywords, and any content you create or approve through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (account suspensions, content removals, etc.)

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gdynia, Poland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
